Creative is a manufacturer of extruded plastic and rubber profiles as well as injection molding based in Tipp City, Ohio, USA, and has more than 40 years of experience and renowned know-how in the fields of engineering and production.
The acquisition is an important strategic milestone in the Meteor Group's global growth strategy. It strengthens the North American customer base and expands the technological capabilities in the field of plastic components.
The acquisition will expand METEOR's technological capabilities and strengthen the company's presence in North America.
METEOR and Creative are highly complementary in terms of their product portfolio and customer base. The acquisition will enable METEOR to offer its customers a comprehensive portfolio of rubber and plastic sealing solutions.
Creative will enrich METEOR with key know-how and technologies for thermoplastic products (PVC, ABS, polycarbonate, TPV, TPE and others) while strengthening its already strong portfolio of EPDM rubber for dense and spongy materials.
The acquisition is an important strategic milestone in the Meteor Group's global growth strategy. It strengthens the North American customer base and expands the technological capabilities in the field of plastic components.
